The 450 degree F rated silicone jacket is extruded over a tightly woven; rugged fiberglass braid. The braid is applied over high dielectric strength EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) inner insulation for ignition wire performance that exceeds SAE specifications.
